ELI Principles Third Party Litigation Funding adopted

At the Council Meeting preceding the Annual Conference of the European Law Institute, the ELI Principles on Third Party Funding of Litigation were adopted. These principles provide a valuable framework for the law and practice on third party litigation funding. Adriani Dori has played an essential role as research assistant to this project. Xandra Kramer acted as assessor on behalf of the ELI Council.
